JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is a petition for pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 05/2006, under Section 420/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code registered at Police Station Tughlak Road, new Delhi.

(2.) MRS. R. N. Vats, learned Additional Public Prosecutor confirms that in terms of last order, petitioner has already joined the investigation of this case.

(3.) WITHOUT commenting on merits of the case, it is ordered that the interim of order passed on 24th September 2008 is made absolute.
