JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE challenging of the writ petition is to the order of the termination of the service of the petitioner pursuant to the disciplinary inquiry which has been held against him.

(2.) THE petitioner was working as a Rakshak in the Railway Protection force and was posted at the relevant time at Jodhpur.

(3.) TWO incidents accursed involving the petitioner ; one was on 22nd september, 1982 and the second was on 8th November, 1982. Because of the same, a charge sheet was served on the petitioner on 30th November, 1982 containing two charges of misconduct. The petitioner filed his reply was not considered satisfactory and thereupon one Shri Ajaib Singh was appointed as the Enquiry Officer vide order dated 5th April, 1983.
