JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS application is for suspension of sentence and grant of bail under Section 389 Cr.P.C moved on behalf of the appellant Parveen Kumar convicted by the learned trial court under Sections 394, 397, 411 IPC and sentenced to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for a period of 8 years. The complainant while going to his house after being dropped by the employer on the road, was robbed on the way at knife point and was injured on the chest and arm by the appellant. Out of the total sentence of 8 years, the appellant has undergone only two years and about two months of sentence.

(2.) CONSIDERING the the role played by the appellant while committing the crime and heinousness of the crime, I consider that it is not a fit case for suspension of sentence at this stage. The application is hereby dismissed.
