JUDGEMENT

(1.) Under the directions of this Court, the Investigating Officer had searched the clinic of the applicant. No allopathic medicine is recovered from that clinic. It is submitted by State counsel that the entire scene was changed. However, considering that no allopathic medicine was recovered from the said clinic, it is directed that applicant, in case of arrest, be released on bail on his executing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000.00 with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of investigating Officer/SHO concerned.
