(2.) Complainant who is present in person and is accompanied by her husband Ajay is identified by SI Gyanender Rana, PS Dabri.

(3.) Matter was being re-notified by me from time to time for the reason allegations in the FIR were fairly serious but at the same time peace in the matrimonial house of the complainant and her husband was running at cross purpose with the requirement of law to prosecute a person guilty of a serious offence.
