JUDGEMENT

(1.) FIR No. 649/06 dated 11.11.2006 under Sections 420/468/471 Penal Code read with Sec. 12 of the Passport Act PS IGI Airport.

(2.) Petitioner returned from Kuwait and at the immigration it was detected that the POE stamp affixed on page 30 of the passport was doubtful.

(3.) FIR was registered. On verification it was found that the endorsement was fabricated.
