(1.) THIS is a letter petition. We are not ordinarily inclined to entertain letter petitions, otherwise we would not have time for regular petitions. It is in a very rare case that a letter petition should be entertained as PIL, otherwise this court will be flooded with such letters and will be doing no other work.
(2.) NO doubt the Supreme Court has entertained some Letter Petitioners as P.I.L.s, but experie
