JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD . The only role assigned to the applicant- petitioner is that he caught hold of the deceased and Raj Pal gave a Danda blow on the head of the deceased which became fatal.

(2.) IN the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, I direct that petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Court. The petition stands disposed of.
