JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is a petition under Sec. 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita,seeking quashing ofFIR No. 0418/2024, dtd. 7/12/2024, registered at P.S Baba Haridas Nagar, New Delhi under Ss. 75/351(2)/79/3(5) BNS (354A/506/509/34 IPC) and all proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of settlement between the parties.

(2.) The FIR reveals the commission of offence under Ss. 75/351(2)/79/3(5) BNS. Parties are stated to be the neighbourers. During the pendency of the proceedings, both the parties entered into a settlement/compromise dtd. 28/3/2025 and amicably settled their disputes. A copy of the settlement deed/MOU has been placed on record which is annexed as Annexure P3.

(3.) Petitioners are present through VC while respondent no.2 is present physically. They have been identified by their counsel as well as by the Investigating Officer SI W/ASI Suman Lata from PS BHD Nagar.
