(1.) The present Application has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner against the Order dtd. 2/9/2024 vide which the Petition has been dismissed in default for non-appearance of the counsel for the Petitioner.

(2.) For the reasons and grounds stated in the Application, the Application is allowed and the Petition is restored to its original number.

(3.) The Application is disposed of accordingly.
