JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application filed by the Department of Forest and Wildlife, GNCTD seeking vacation of interim orders dtd. 31/8/2023, 14/9/2023 and 9/8/2024 passed by this court on the ground that the Hon'ble Supreme Court is seized of the matter. The operative portion of the order dtd. 19/12/2024 passed in WP(C) No. 4677/1985 by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in this regard, reads as under: -
