(1.) CM No.19475/2015 (Exemption)

(2.) This is an appeal directed against order dated 13.08.2015 whereby the learned Additional District Judge (Central), Tis Hazari, has declined to grant the prayer sought for appointment of a receiver, at the ex parte stage.

(3.) By virtue of the aforesaid notice, the respondent was also called upon to hand over the possession of the subject vehicle.
