JUDGEMENT

(1.) Crl. M.A.No11794/2015 (for exemption)

(2.) Learned counsel for petitioner submits that FIR in question was registered due to an accident taken place on 27.05.2007, wherein respondents No. 2 and 3 have received injuries. After completion of investigation, the police has filed the chargesheet, charges have been framed and the case is pending for trial. Meanwhile, the petitioner and the respondents No. 2 and 3 have settled their disputes on 09.03.2015 and thus, respondents No. 2 and 3 do not want to prosecute the case further against the petitioner.

(3.) Respondents No.2 and 3 are personally present in the Court with learned counsel Mr.Pradeep Desodya and have been duly identified by SI Naubat Ram, Investigating Officer of the case. Learned counsel, on instructions, submits that the respondents No. 2 and 3 have settled the dispute with the petitioner and hence, do not want to pursue the present case further against the petitioner. They have no objection if the present petition is allowed.
