JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners, namely, Rahil Narula and Malkhan @ Shahid for quashing of FIR No.575/2014 dated 02.06.2014, under Section 304-A IPC registered at Police Station Begum Pur on the basis of compromise deed arrived at between the petitioners and respondent nos.2 & 3, namely, Sh. Uma Shanker Mishra and Smt. Jai Kumari Devi, respectively, on 18.07.2014.

(2.) Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State submitted that the respondent nos.2 & 3, present in the Court have been identified to be the victims in the present FIR by their counsel.

(3.) Respondent Nos.2 & 3 present in the Court, submitted that the dispute between the parties has been amicably resolved. As per the settlement deed, with the intervention of the respectable persons and well-wishers of the parties, the parties have settled all their disputes. Further, it has been mutually agreed that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.4 lacs as compensation to the respondent nos.2 & 3 towards full and final settlement of all claims. It was also mutually agreed that the petitioners shall file an appropriate petition before this Court for quashing of the FIR in question. Respondent nos.2 & 3 affirm the contents of the aforesaid compromise deed and of their affidavits dated 02.08.2014. As per the affidavits filed by respondent nos.2 & 3 they have settled all their disputes with the petitioners. All the disputes and differences have been resolved through mutual consent. Now no dispute with petitioners survives and so, the proceedings arising out of the FIR in question be brought to an end. Statements of the respondent Nos.2 & 3 have been recorded in this regard in which they stated that they have entered into a compromise with the petitioners and have settled all the disputes with them. They further stated that they have no objection if the FIR in question is quashed.
