JUDGEMENT

(1.) BY this order, I propose to decide the above referred three petitions by a common order.

(2.) THE petitioners are seeking quashing of FIR No. 93/2014 dated 19th August, 2014 registered under Section 420/467/468/471/384/120B IPC pending before the EOW, Delhi Police through CRL. MISC. MAIN No. 3736 of 2014 and CRL. MISC. MAIN NO. 5863 of 2014.

(3.) IN WP (Crl.) NO. 2585 OF 2014, the petitioner sought stay of the EOW FIR No. 93/2014 dated 19th August, 2014 and the proceedings before the ACMM, Patiala House Courts. He is also seeking transfer of the said proceedings to Ghaziabad Court where the proceedings are pending against the respondent No.2 which were initiated by him through attorney on filing of complaint and later on FIR was registered.
