(2.) This is an appeal directed against order dated 25.08.2015 whereby the learned Additional District Judge (Central), Tis Hazari, has declined to grant the prayer sought for appointment of a receiver, at the ex parte stage.

(3.) By virtue of the aforesaid notice, the respondent was also called upon to hand over the possession of the subject vehicle.
