(1.) IN the above captioned first petition quashing of FIR No. 18/2013, under Sections 448/420 of the IPC [Crl. M.C. No.1896/2015] and in the above captioned second petition, FIR No. 216/2012, under Sections 448/511 of the IPC [in Crl. M.C. No.2057/2014], both registered at police station Vivek Vihar, Delhi are sought by petitioners on the basis of Compromise Deed (Annexure P -2).

Navin Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor accepts notice of these petitions on behalf of respondent No. 1 -State and submits that respondent No. 2 -Sanjay Gupta is the complainant/first -informant of FIR No. 18/2013 and respondent No. 2 Puran Singh is the complainant/ first informant of FIR No. 216/2014 and both are present in the Court and they have been identified to be so by SI Parveen Kumar, Investigating Officer of these case. It is submitted by learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent -State that the cross FIRs in question pertain to one incident and investigation in these cases is complete and that petitioners have clean antecedents.
