RITESH MITTAL Vs. STATE

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. 1973 seeking pre-arrest bail in F.I.R. No.834/2015 under Section 498-A/406/34 IPC Registered in Police Station Rajouri Garden, New Delhi.

(2.) The applicant, Dr.Ritesh Mittal and his complainant-wife, Ms.Neha Garg @ Mittal @ Aggarwal are present in-person in court and state that they have arrived at a comprehensive settlement qua all their outstanding marital disputes. A copy of the said Memorandum of Understanding /Compromise Deed/Settlement Deed dated 18th December, 2015, duly supported by affidavits on behalf of Dr.Ritesh Mittal, the applicant and the complainantwife has been handed over in Court today. The same is taken on record.

(3.) The salient terms and conditions of the abovestated amicable settlement are as under:-
