THE petitioner in the present petition has submitted that the proceedings under Section 14B and 7Q of the Employee's Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (hereinafter referred to as the Act) were initiated by the respondent No.3 against the petitioner for the period October, 1998 to March, 2009.
