THE petitioner in the present petition has submitted that the proceedings under Section 14B of the Employee's Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (hereinafter referred to as the Act) were initiated by the respondent No.3 against the petitioner for the period November -2013 to March, 2014.
