JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner who is M.A. and is Diploma holder in Physical Education from Nagpore University was sponsored by the Employment Exchange for selection to the post of Senior Physical Education Teacher in Directorate of Education, Delhi Administration. (2.) The qualification marks were further to be bifurcated according to the division obtained in various examinations. Since there is no dispute on that question, it is not necessary to give further details except regarding Diploma in Physical Education.
