(2.) This is a petition filed by the Petitioners - Sameer Paul Chaudhary and others under Sec. 276 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 for grant of Letters of Administration (hereinafter, 'LOA') of the Will dtd. 21/6/2017 of Late Ms. Susheila Chaudhury. The said Will is a registered Will.

(3.) A brief background of the family would be required in order to decide the issues, which are raised in the present test case. Ms. Susheila Chaudhury (hereinafter, 'the testatrix') is the daughter of Late Shri L.C. Chaudhury. The testatrix had four brothers and six sisters.
