JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present Application under Sec. 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 has been filed on behalf of the defendant No. 2/Sukhdev Singh Gambhir seeking condonation of 895 days' delay in re-filing the Application No. I.A. 14706/2022 under Order VI Rule 17 read with Sec. 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

(2.) For the reasons and grounds stated in the present application, the application is allowed, the delay of 895 days in re-filing the Application No. 14706/2022 is hereby condoned.
