As per the case of the prosecution, on 8/3/2019, a PCR call vide Diary No. 39-A was received at PS Paschim Vihar (West) informing about a dead body in waste drain near Village Sayyed Nangloi; police staff reached at the spot where dead body of a female was found in a bag/suitcase; body was inspected; and FIR 108/2019 was registered initially under Ss. 302/201 IPC, pursuant to which investigation ensued.
