JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is a petition filed by the petitioner under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in case FIR No. 54/2020 under Ss. 420/120B/34 IPC registered at Police Station Budh Vihar District Rohini Delhi.

(2.) I have perused the order dtd. 9/5/2023 passed by this Court whereby the regular bail application of the present petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn and it was observed that the charges are yet to be framed.

(3.) On my query from the learned APP for the state, whether charges have been framed or not, the learned APP submitted that the charges are yet to be framed.
