JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE undernoted chart is indicative of the litigative attitude of the appellant. He has lost at every stage. But his appetite for litigation does not come to an end. The chart we have just referred to would be as under: -

(2.) INSTANT appeal challenges the order dated August 28, 2012. It reads as under: -

(3.) THE litigious attitude of the appellant would be evidenced from the fact that late Sh.Nakul Dev Khosla and his wife Smt.Satya Pal Devi Khosla were blessed with four sons and a daughter. The names of the four sons are: (i) Raj Kumar Khosla (plaintiff); (ii) Col.S.K.Khosla (Retd.) (defendant No.1); (iii)Lt.Col.Brij Mohan Kumar Khosla (Retd.) (defendant No.2); and (iv) Kul Bhushan Kumar Khosla (defendant No.3). The name of the daughter is Kamal Mohini Passi.
