JUDGEMENT

(1.) By this petition the Petitioner seeks bail in case FIR No. 128 2013 under Sec. 419/420/467/468/471/34 IPC registered at PS Prasad Nagar Delhi. The allegations against the Petitioner are that he contacted a property dealer Narender @ Bobby who introduced him to one Subhash Chand when the Petitioner impersonated himself as Hem Raj, the owner of the property. The deal was finalized at Rs. 11 lakhs. The Petitioner took a sum of Rs. 15,000/- as token money and further entered into security agreement purporting to the Hem Raj, the owner of the house. The Petitioner is in custody since 24th June, 2013. Till date no order of charge has been passed, as the FSL report has not been received.

(2.) In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner. It is therefore directed that the Petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court. Petition is disposed of. Order dasti.
