(2.) The witness for the motive and the last seen is the father of the deceased who has appeared as PW-3.

(3.) We note that Pappu Singh PW-2 has turned hostile and the learned Public Prosecutor who cross examined him has not been able to extract anything from Pappu which could be of help to the prosecution.
