(2.) PLAINTIFF has filed the present suit for specific performance, declaration and permanent injunction seeking specific performance of Agreement dated 25.11.2007 in respect of property bearing No. 95, Ishwar Nagar, Khasra No. 1522/328, situated at Okhla Extension, Bagh Shambhu Dayal at Bhapur, New Delhi measuring 550 sq. Yards.
