This petition has been moved by Mukesh Bansal under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying that FIR No.92/2004 registered at Police Station Connaught Place, New Delhi under Sections 420/468/471 IPC, and the proceedings emanating therefrom, including the charge framed by the Trial Court against the petitioner under Section 465/408 IPC on 12th November, 2013, be quashed.
