JUDGEMENT

(1.) CA No. 2641/2014 (application seeking condonation of delay on behalf of the Regional Director) This is an application by the Regional Director seeking condonation of delay in filing the report. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that he has no objection to the delay being condoned. The application is allowed and the delay in filing the report is condoned.

(2.) THE registered offices of the Petitioner Companies are situated at New Delhi, within the jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court.

(3.) DETAILS with regard to the date of incorporation of the Petitioner Companies, their authorized, issued, subscribed and paid up capital have been given in the Petition.
