(2.) FAO 298/2003: FAO 298/2003 is directed against the judgment dated 26.11.2002 of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal in Suit No.608/96 whereby the Tribunal has awarded a sum of Rs.1,70,000/- on account of death of Baby Shalokha who died in the accident on 18.2.1996.
