Present petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondents to re-fix the seniority of the petitioners with the Assistant Commandants selected through Central Police Force AC Examination, 2005 conducted by the UPSC for 32nd batch of BSF for all purposes including promotion, pension and other retirement benefits.
