JUDGEMENT

(2.) These are three petitions filed by the Petitioner-Mr. Devendra Pandey, who is an ex-director of the three companies in respect of which the said writ petitions have been filed. The Petitions challenge the striking off of the names of the said companies from the Register of Companies by the Registrar of Companies (hereinafter 'ROC').
