JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Petitioner has approached this Court by filing the instant review petition with the following prayers:-

Shorn of unnecessary details, the facts of the case reveals that the Petitioner approached this Court challenging the Order dtd. 8/8/2017 passed by the Appellate Authority by which the Appellate Authority upheld the order passed by the authorities below refusing to provide the information as sought by the Petitioner regarding the appointment and the Petitioner as an expert volunteer by Respondent No.1.

(3.) The Petitioner was desirous of being empanelled as an Expert Volunteer/Evaluator in the National Board of Accreditation. Since the Petitioner was not empanelled, he approached the CPIO of Respondent No.1 seeking his status of empanelment.
