JUDGEMENT

(2.) The Petitioner - Dr. Akhil Vaid has filed the present petition through his father seeking directions to the Respondents to issue No Obligation to Return to India (NORI) Certificate to him.

(3.) The Petitioner is an MBBS graduate from Maulana Azad Medical College, University of Delhi (hereinafter 'MAMC'). He completed his degree in 2010 and registered himself with the Delhi Medical Council with registration number DMC/R/08604.
