JUDGEMENT

(1.) Review Petition 535/2019 in W.P(C) 11316/2017 : The present review petition has been filed by the original petitioner seeking review of order dtd. 5/11/2019 in W.P.(C) No. 11316/2017, whereby the writ petition filed by the petitioner against an order passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (hereinafter referred as 'CAT') dtd. 15/12/2016 was dismissed with the following observations:-

This revision petition was dismissed vide order dtd. 23/12/2019; however, the present petitioner approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court by filing a batch of appeals ( As there are two other petitions, which were disposed of by common order dtd. 5/11/2019) being Civil Appeal Numbers 328/2021 to 333/2021 and the Hon'ble Supreme Court was pleased to pass the following order.

(3.) Arguments were heard again in revision petition from both the sides.
