JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present application has been filed seeking grant of regular bail in Crime No. VIII/25/DZU/2019 under Ss. 8/22(c)/23/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (NDPS Act). The applicant has been in judicial custody since 8/4/2021.
