The Petitioner/Central Bank of India has approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging an Order dtd. 28/12/2022 passed by the Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan), New Delhi in Case No. 13454/1022/2022 and for a direction to Respondent No.2 herein to forthwith join his transferred posting at the Central Bank of India at Regional Office (RO) Gorakhpur, Lucknow Zone, U.P.
