JUDGEMENT

(1.) INSTANT appeal has been preferred against the impugned judgment dated 08.08.2012 whereby the learned Tribunal has awarded compensation in favour of the appellant/claimant as under:-

(2.) VIDE the instant appeal, the appellant is seeking enhancement of the compensation amount.

(3.) HE further submitted that the appellant is an illiterate person and, was working as a mason . While calculating the loss of future income, Learned Tribunal has considered the salary of Rs.6,448/- per month as minimum wages applicable for skilled person on the date of accident.
