(2.) This is a writ petition directed against the order dtd. 6/1/2021, passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal [in short 'the Tribunal'] in OA No.100/1395/2017.

(3.) Before the Tribunal, the petitioner along with two co-delinquents assailed the orders dtd. 14/9/2016, 16/12/2016 and 22/2/2017, passed by the respondents/Railways.
