JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE Appeal is for enhancement of compensation of Rs.1,13,672/- awarded to the Appellant for having suffered injuries in a motor vehicle accident which occurred on 13.10.2007.

(2.) THE finding on negligence is not challenged by the Respondents and has thus become final between the parties.
