LEAVE is sought to place an affidavit on behalf of the respondent enclosing copies of her degrees and mark sheets etc. It is submitted that the degrees and mark sheets were duly submitted to the Delhi University. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no objection to the same being taken on record. It is ordered accordingly.

(3.) THE respondent does not dispute that the petitioner has complied with the order dated 14th February, 2006 and wages at this rate has been paid to the workman.
