JUDGEMENT

(1.) BY this common judgment, both the aforesaid suits are being decided together in view of the commonality of facts and issues involved. The subject matter of both the suits is the same being property bearing Shop Nos.5 and 6, New Market, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi.

(2.) THE facts in Suit No.CS(OS) 693/2006 may first be delineated as follows.

(3.) LATE Shri Jiwan Dass was the husband of the defendant No.1, Smt. Ram Datti and father of defendant Nos.2 to 7.
