JUDGEMENT

(1.) These are four execution petitions under Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 ('Act') read with Order XXI Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ('CPC'). They seek execution of an Award dated 19 th August 2000 passed by the learned sole Arbitrator, as amended further on 19 th October 2000.

(2.) OMP No. 938 of 2011 by Shri Aseem Anand is under Section 14(2) read with Section 15(2) of the Act seeking termination of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator and appointment of a substitute Arbitrator. O.M.P. No. 568 of 2012 by Shri Chandra Prakash Gupta is under Section 34 of the Act seeking to challenge the said Award dated 19 th August 2000, amended on 19 th October 2000.

(3.) By this common judgment the Court proposes to dispose of the objections of the Judgment Debtors ('JDs') to the petitions filed by the Decree Holders ('DHs') seeking execution of the aforementioned Award and also to dispose of the above two petitions.
