JUDGEMENT

(1.) These two petitions have been arisen out of a common order dated 22.11.2006 which has been passed by the Additional Rent Control Tribunal(ARCT) affirming the order of the Additional Rent Controller (ARC) dated 19.4.2003.

(2.) CM No.67/2007 This petition has impugned the order of the ARCT dated 22.11.2006.

(3.) The landlord of the disputed premises is Sohan Singh and others.
