JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition is directed against the order dtd. 26/3/2021, passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal (in short, "Tribunal") in OA No. 678/2021.

(2.) The petitioners had applied for the post of Statistical Assistant, against advertisement no. 1/2017, issued by respondent no.1/DSSSB. The subject post was allocated code no. 4/17.

(3.) The recruitment rules, which provided for essential qualification, qua the subject post, read as follows:
