JUDGEMENT

(1.) Ia No. 9010/2020 is filed by the plaintiff seeking the relief of grant of an ad-interim injunction in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendants against infringement of the plaintiff's registered trade mark i.e.

(2.) On 07.10.2020, this court passed an interim order granting an ad interim injunction in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendants in terms of prayer (a) and (b) of IA No. 9010/2020. Prayer (a) and (b) of IA No. 9010/2010 reads as follow:-
