JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petition has been heard by way of video conferencing.

(2.) Present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the Respondent No. 2 to submit/forward the Petitioner's application dated 25th March, 2021 for the post of Lower Division Clerk (LDC) on inter-departmental transfer along with requisite documents/approvals and no objection certificate [NOC].

(3.) Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner was appointed by GREF Centre, Pune as an LDC. He states that the Petitioner sought transfer to Respondent No. 4 (Ministry of Communication and IT Department of Posts).
