MANISH GUPTA Vs. BSES RAJDHANI POWER LIMITED

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to grant an electricity connection to the premises in occupation of the petitioner being the first floor of House No.1215, Behind DC Office, Nala Road, Kapashera, New Delhi.

(2.) Learned counsel appearing for BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd submits that the said respondent does not have any objection to grant of an electricity connection subject to obtaining NOC from the other owners of the property. He submits that as per the documents apart from the petitioner, his brother Ashok Gupta and respondent No.2 are the owners of the property.

(3.) An NOC from Mr. Ashok Gupta has been annexed as Annexure P-6.
